Thank you for using Amulet (나를 지켜주는 부적) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "App"), provided by DomiLabs (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users regarding the use of the Service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions and procedures for using the "Amulet (나를 지켜주는 부적)" mobile application and all accompanying services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition and Nature of Service)

  1. Amulet (나를 지켜주는 부적) is a mobile lifestyle service designed to help users make wishes, dedicate daily sincerity ("Today's Devotion"), complete a 7-day wish journey, and create and keep special heart-filled wish amulets.
  2. In addition, the Service provides various traditional and contemporary cultural content for everyday entertainment and insight, such as premium Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis, Tarot card readings, lucky Lotto number recommendations, and palmistry analysis.

Article 3 (Membership and Anonymous Use)

  1. For user convenience and personal data protection, the Service operates via Firebase Anonymous Authentication without requiring separate membership registration or complicated identity verification.
  2. When a user installs and launches the App, a unique anonymous identifier (UID) is automatically issued to manage wish data and devotion status.
  3. Please note that due to the nature of anonymous authentication, when changing devices or deleting the App, data from the previous device may not be automatically transferred or restored.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

  1. In principle, the Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a specific operational or technical impediment.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of scheduled system maintenance, facility repairs, addition of new features, or urgent troubleshooting.

Article 5 (Content and Wish Submission)

  1. Users bear full responsibility for wish titles, descriptions, nicknames, supportive comments, and any other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") they register within the App.
  2. Users must not post any content in wishes or comments that falls under any of the following categories:
    • Content that defames or insults others
    • Obscene, violent, or slanderous content violating public order and morals
    • Content infringing on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of others
    • Content deemed to be associated with criminal activities
    • Illegal commercial advertisements, spam, or dissemination of false information
  3. If the Company determines that user-posted content falls under any of the items in Paragraph 2, it may delete or hide the relevant wish or comment without prior notice.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices announced by the Company in connection with the Service.
  2. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially sell information obtained through the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
  3. Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the App, generate abnormal traffic, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or perform similar actions.

Article 7 (Paid Services and In-App Purchases)

  1. The App is provided for free as a baseline, and certain features (e.g., devotion offering options, ad removal, premium Saju readings) may be provided through paid In-App Purchases (IAP).
  2. All payments for paid content are processed through the payment systems of the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the user's mobile device operating system.
  3. The payment amount may include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable laws, and differences in billed amounts may occur depending on exchange rates and platform policies.

Article 8 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

  1. Withdrawal of purchase subscriptions and refunds for paid in-app purchase items are governed by the payment policies of Apple and Google and relevant electronic commerce laws.
  2. For consumable digital items that take effect immediately upon purchase (e.g., devotion offerings), withdrawal of subscription may be restricted after use or benefit provision due to the nature of digital content.
  3. If you wish to request a refund, you may apply through the official refund procedures of the respective platform: Apple App Store (Purchase History / Report a Problem) or Google Play (Order History / Request a Refund).

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All intellectual property rights in and to the App's source code, UI/UX design, amulet graphics, texts, algorithms, and trademarks created by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. Users are granted a non-transferable, personal, and non-commercial license to use the App.

  1. All content provided by the Service—including amulets, Saju, fortune-telling, Tarot, Lotto number recommendations, and palmistry analysis—is provided solely for psychological comfort, peace of mind, positive motivation, and wholesome entertainment/reference purposes.
  2. The results or predictions of the Service do not legally or scientifically guarantee any future events or outcomes, and must never replace professional diagnoses, treatments, legal advice, financial investment decisions, or other certified expert determinations.
  3. For critical life decisions, medical issues, legal disputes, financial and investment matters, please seek professional advice from certified professionals (e.g., doctors, attorneys, certified public accountants, licensed financial advisors). The user bears sole responsibility for the reliance on and use of results obtained through the Service.

Article 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability for failure to provide the Service due to natural disasters, force majeure, telecommunications disruptions, system failures of platform providers (Apple, Google, Firebase), or other reasons beyond the Company's reasonable control.
  2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions or data loss caused by reasons attributable to the user.
  3. The Company is under no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through the Service, nor is it liable for damages resulting therefrom.
